CSPI Associates is an organisational development consultancy that works with a whole systems approach.  We specialise in supporting strategic change; through consultancy, project and programme management, training, coaching and facilitation. 

Consultants have a multi-disciplinary background, comprising expertise in: 

• Organisational effectiveness  -  Corporate governance, performanace management, strategy and strategic management, information and knowledge management (particularly using information to improve the performance of the system), and managing change of all types. 
• Developing individuals, teams and organisations to build their capability in the above  -  through coaching, training, facilitation and effective intervention design.  Also through project and programme management with a staff development thread. 

We work in partnership with clients.  Our aim is to support the development of an internal capability and enable sustainable improvement within health and social care.
